CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Welcome toHabile Consultant operated by Habile Consultant . We help our clients fulfill their desires by providing study visas, tourist visas, family visas, permanent residency, work permits in foreign countries. Before proceeding further, it is suggested you read our refund policy.

Habile Consultant is not liable to refund any fees/charges or amount paid by the client if they fail to submit documents for processing the client’s application/visa to the concerned Embassy/Consulate or the VFS or any other authorities.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of an order placed with Habile Consultant the full amount is forfeited and no money is refunded back.

Refund Policy

Habile Consultant is not liable to refund in case the client drops the admission process for whatsoever reasons once processing of the application is taken up.

Habile Consultant is not liable to refund any fees or part of the fees if the client opts for admissions to different courses/countries or if the client opts for Visa under any other category after the registration, on own or through any other agency.

Habile Consultant Will Provide No Refund If The Visa Is Rejected For Any Of The Following Reasons:

  • Failure in a medical test by the student.
  • Failure to provide a genuine police clearance certificate.
  • Failure to prove sufficient funds for settlement by the client or his or her family members included in the application
  • Submission of fraudulent documents
  • Prior violation of any immigration or visa law by the client or any of his or her family members included in the application
  • Late submission of any additional documents requested by the consulate at a later stage.

Mode Of Refund

  • Refunds will be transferred online in the accounts of the applicant.
  • Refunds will be returned in two weeks.
  • Up to 80% refund will be given.
