1. Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation before the work begins.
If cancellation is requested after work initiation, charges for completed work and allocated resources will apply.
2. Company Rights
Habile Consultant reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:
- Violation of terms
- Non-payment
- Misuse of services
- Illegal activities
