Refund Policy


1. Digital Services & Software

As our services involve customized software development, CRM setup, consultancy, and digital solutions, refunds are generally not applicable once work has commenced.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer.
  • Service could not be delivered due to technical limitations from our side.
  • Project cancellation approved before commencement of work.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after project initiation.
  • Delays caused by missing client inputs or approvals.
  • Completed milestones or delivered modules.
  • Third-party subscription or integration charges.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
